Selecting a Printer

To select a printer within the EventBooth iPad Application, start by tapping on the "Menu" button seen on the top left of your screen. You'll see the EventBooth Menu, which allows access to Settings, Lock the Screen, or Change Events.

Tap on the "Settings" button, which opens the "Settings" screen.

Tap the "Printers" button, to see Printers settings.

Tap on the "Sign in to the Google Cloud Print" button.

Sign into your Google Account, associated with your Google Printers.

Once signed in, grant EventBooth permission to access your account.

You should now see a list of your active Google Cloud Printers. If the printer you wish to print from is not shown on this list, tap on the "Refresh Printer List" button.

You can configure your Printer to print your Photos automatically after being taken. To do this, simply make sure the Auto Print setting is turned on.

Note: If you need further help configuring your Google Cloud Printers, click here (http://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/). At this time, not all printer manufacturers have implemented functionality through Google Cloud Print. If so, you may encounter problems printing from EventBooth.
