Archiving an Event

Once the party’s over (boo!), you can Archive the event so it is no longer included in your Active Event count.

Important Note: Archived Events do not appear in the EventBooth iPad app. Archived Events will also expire after a certain number of days. (The number of days depends on the plan type you're signed up for.) Once an event expires, all data associated with it, including photos, descriptions, and social profiles, will be permanently deleted from EventBooth's server.

To Archive an event, navigate to the "Event Detail" page for the event you'd like to Archive.

Under "Event Status" (near the bottom of the page), click or tap the button next to "Archived," then click or tap the "Update Event Status" button.

The event will then be archived and will not count toward your Active Event count.
